1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Total Dram application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Total Dram is a whiskey collection management platform that provides bottle tracking, tasting notes, AI-powered recommendations, and market intelligence. Total Dram does not sell, distribute, or ship alcoholic beverages.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the tasting notes, reviews, ratings, photographs, and other content you create.
Tasting notes, ratings, and reviews are community content. By posting them you grant Total Dram a non-exclusive license to display them to other users alongside the bottle they describe, and to include them in aggregate community ratings.
Photographs you take are stored with your own collection and are shown only to you. We do not add them to the shared bottle catalog and we do not show them to other users.
We will not use your content in advertising, on our website, or in App Store materials without asking you first.
5. Community Standards
Total Dram is a room full of people who care about whiskey, and we keep it that way. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Do not post, upload, or send anything that harasses, bullies, or threatens anyone; attacks people for who they are, including their race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age; is sexual in nature; reveals someone’s personal details, identity, or whereabouts without their permission; is spam or advertising; or offers, arranges, or promotes anything illegal. That includes buying, selling, trading, or shipping alcohol between users: Total Dram does not sell, distribute, or ship alcohol, and the App is not a place to arrange it. Do not post content that encourages excessive drinking or drinking by anyone under the legal drinking age.
You can report a sighting or a collector’s profile from the App, and you can block any user. Content from people you block is hidden from you, and you can review your blocked list in Settings › Privacy & Data.
We review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks these standards is removed, and accounts that break them are suspended or removed. You can also write to us at support@totaldram.app or through totaldram.app/contact.
6. Pricing Information
Prices shown in the App are estimates recorded by collectors: your own, or a median across several people who own the same bottle. They are not appraisals, not quotes, and not sourced from any exchange or auction house. Total Dram does not guarantee their accuracy and is not a marketplace or broker.
7. AI Features
AI-powered recommendations, tasting notes, and food pairings are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as suggestions, not professional advice. Always drink responsibly.
8. Limitation of Liability
Total Dram is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on pricing data or AI recommendations.
