By accessing or using the Total Dram application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Total Dram is a whiskey collection management platform that provides bottle tracking, tasting notes, AI-powered recommendations, and market intelligence. Total Dram does not sell, distribute, or ship alcoholic beverages.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of tasting notes, reviews, and other content you create. By posting content, you grant Total Dram a non-exclusive license to display it within the App.
5. Pricing Information
Market values, estimated prices, and secondary market data displayed in the App are for informational purposes only. Total Dram does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing data and is not a marketplace or broker.
6. AI Features
AI-powered recommendations, tasting notes, and food pairings are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as suggestions, not professional advice. Always drink responsibly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Total Dram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on pricing data or AI recommendations.
